Good location, great service!

The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good.

There was a LOT of street noise that seemed to last all night. I threw in some ear plugs and it was fine but the rest of my family didn’t fare as well.

A good location and a helpful staff.

A good location: very close to Plaza de Armas, the Santiago historic centre. Friendly staff. Provided us with the food packs when we left early and couldn't get the breakfast. Personnel helped us to book taxi through internet (we didn't speak Spanish).

Can't really think of anything. The neighbourhood was not too clean, despite the fact it's the city's historic centre. But this is by no means the Hotel's fault.

Very helpful staff. That's what I liked the most. Breakfast was excellent in my opinion and the location of the hotel met all my needs.

This is a good place to stay.

Spacious and comfortable. People at the front desk is great. Kudos to the gentlemen at the front desk. Trilingual Spa, Eng, Portuguese. Good breakfast too.

Central, but noisy.

The location was very central. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a bath to relax. You could choose when you wanted your room to be cleaned, which was good meaning you would not be disturbed when you didn’t want to be. The breakfast was nice and had a good variety with friendly staff.

Upon check-in, there was a problem with our cards. The lady on the reception seemed to push a cash payment, which added a 19% extra fee for us and I was not happy with this as we were following a budget. On the way to our room we were met by a smoke alarm that clearly needed it’s battery changing. Baring in mind, this was very close to reception and we could hear it from our room, appropriately 25 metres away which prevented us from getting much sleep the first night. I expressed my concerns to a young receptionist who to our surprise “couldn’t hear what we were talking about”, although it was fixed not long after. In relation to noise, our room was close to a crossing which made a very loud noise from early in the morning until late at night every 40 seconds.

Would Stay Here Again Because of the Staff

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The lady attending the guests was so kind and helpful. I also loved how everything was clean and neat and tidy. But the best part about staying here is hospitable and friendly staff willing to help.

The WiFi in my room didn’t work. There was some signal and my phone was connected, but pages didn’t load. Also there was no complimentary water in the room which would be nice. In the 21st century the Internet and water shouldn’t be under question especially when the local tap water is not good for drinking.

Excellent stay, great value at a central location

Excellent central location, a big room w a huge bathroom with a tub, a high-quality room-cleaning service, plentiful breakfast, competent and helpful English-speaking staff. My window was facing a street, busy during the day, but very quiet at night. Excellent choice overall!

Nothing much, I only had an issue with getting into hotel at 3:00am, when I arrived from overseas. The hotel itself is on 3 rd floor of of some building and the door to it is a responsibility of some guard, who ignored my door ring or slept on the job. As I didn’t have a cellular, so it was a very stressful situation. The hotel should have an intercom downstairs, so the late arriving guests could connect in similar situation.

The place does not feel like a hotel and is a bit dull. Lacks common areas.
